    £15 a day £55 for all 4 days

    To enable us to complete your booking we need to store your data on our server and send it by email through a booking confirmation. Payment

We currently do not take payment online, but will do in future. Please make cheques payable to ADFA or bank transfer to ADFA – contact me for details on adfootballacademy@gmail.com
Refunds cannot be made in the event of non-attendance during the Soccer School or Multi-Sports week(s). Holiday courses are limited to 60 children per day, so please book early.

Consent

  • I acknowledge and accept that Herne Bay FC and their representative agents or employees, are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage however caused whilst my child is in attendance on this course.
  • Should the necessity arise I give my consent to the organisers to give permission on my behalf for the administration of an anaesthetic or any other emergency medical treatment.
  • I agree that any disruptive behaviour deemed unacceptable by the organisers, that my child(ren) may be removed by the organisers without refund or recourse as this is a limited place soccer school.
  • I agree that either Herne Bay FC or ADFA may take photos or images of my child(ren) which may in future be used in promotional material for the advertising and promotion of similar activities for other courses. Please tick the box if you do not wish your child’s photo to be used.
